Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Gary M. Paige was raised in Hollywood, Florida. He attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1985. He attended Nova University Center for the study of law and graduated with his law degree in 1990. While at Nova University, he was a member of the Nova University Law Review.

Gary Paige was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in October of 1990. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida. He is currently a member of the Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Gary Paige was a founding partner of Paige, Trop and Ameen where he currently serves as the firm’s managing partner. His practice area is Civil Litigation, where he specializes in Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect, Serious Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death cases. Among the cases handled by Mr. Paige, he was the lead attorney in Hess vs. Philip Morris, USA, the State’s first post Engle tobacco trial which resulted in an 8 Million Dollar jury verdict that received both national and international press coverage. He also has handled numerous other multi-million dollar cases including being trial counsel in Cohen vs. Philip Morris and R.J. Reynolds which resulted in a $30,000,000 jury verdict and Tate vs. Philip Morris which resulted in a $24,000,000 jury verdict.

Mr. Paige won the Daily Business Review's award as "Most Effective Product Liability Lawyer in South Florida in 2009" and has received an "AV Rating" from Martindale-Hubbell, their highest rating for legal ability.
