A native South Floridian, Adam Trop has represented victims of negligence and malpractice in Florida for twenty years. Mr. Trop obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Florida in 1986 and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989.

Mr. Trop has the distinction of being a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney - an honor bestowed upon fewer than 2% of Florida Attorneys. He is accordingly recognized as a "specialist" in personal injury, medical malpractice law and civil trial practice.

A founding partner of Paige, Trop & Ameen, Mr. Trop heads the firm’s busy litigation and trial practice. Like all of the firm's attorneys, Mr. Trop is dedicated to protecting the rights of injured Floridians and their families. He limits his practice to the representation of those who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. The son of a doctor, Mr. Trop handles complex medical issues in his daily practice for both his medical malpractice and personal injury clients.

Mr. Trop holds the distinction of winning the nation’s first and only jury verdict against the tobacco companies based upon second-hand smoke exposure. He also was lead counsel in the state’s second post Engle tobacco trial – a landmark jury verdict against RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company.

Mr. Trop has successfully practiced law in a number of different venues throughout the state of Florida, including the Florida Supreme Court. He is a proud member of the Florida Bar Association, the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida, The Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice and the Broward County Bar Association.
