Daniel J. Levenson was born and raised in Miami. Prior to becoming an attorney, he obtained his Florida State Certified General Contractor’s license in 1982. Overall, he was active in construction for over 22 years specializing in the restoration of businesses and luxury homes that were damaged by windstorms, water, fire, and the like. His experience helps build strong cases for our clients.

Property-Focused Legal Knowledge

Thereafter, Dan attended the University of Miami on a Henry King Stanford Academic Scholarship where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with General Honors. In December 1994, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar the following year. During his first 10 years practicing law, he represented insurance companies as an appraiser, consultant, and attorney defending property damage claims. During the 17 years following Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma, he represented homeowners and businesses that suffered major hurricane damage and other casualty losses.
