Attorney

John D. Ameen was born in Rhode Island, graduated from the University of Miami with General University Honors in 1991. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. He has been a South Florida community member for over 20 years. John gained valuable insight into how insurance companies defend cases by spending his first years of practice representing various insurance in personal injury, accident and other insurance coverage matters.

Mark Tudino

ATTORNEY

Attorney Mark Tudino has been advocating for clients in the personal injury field for 18 years. He began his career representing the very insurance companies he now opposes, giving him unique insight into how to fight for plaintiffs and claimants. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida. Attorney Tudino is also a member of the Minnesota bar, and is involved in the Broward County Bar Association, the Broward County Solo Law Firm group, and The Florida Workers’ Advocates Group. In his spare time, he does pro bono work for Broward County Legal Aid. As an Of Counsel Attorney for the Law Offices of John D. Ameen, P.A., he is proud to bring his passion and experience to use in assisting with insurance claims, personal injury cases, and workers’ compensation matters.

EVAN OSTFELD

ATTORNEY

Attorney Evan Ostfeld has over 29 years of extensive experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, product liability, defective medical devices, bad drugs, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, cruise ship injuries, social security disability, and negligent security actions. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas Law School in 1993, and is currently admitted to the Florida State Bar and the General Federal Bar. Mr. Ostfeld approaches every case with dedication and professionalism, and is proud to assist the Law Offices of John D. Ameen, P.A. with legal criteria, medical evidence, and hearing procedures for clients’ benefit claims as an Of Counsel Attorney.

ADAM TROP

Attorney

A native South Floridian, Adam Trop has represented victims of negligence, dangerous and defective products and medical malpractice for over 30 years. Mr. Trop specializes in Civil Trial Law. He has the distinction of being a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney for 25 years — an honor bestowed on fewer than 2% of Florida attorneys. He is accordingly recognized by the Florida Bar as an expert in cases involving personal injury, dangerous and defective products and medical malpractice. Mr. Trop obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Florida in 1986 and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. Like many lawyers, Mr. Trop proudly belongs to numerous prestigious legal organizations, including the Florida Bar Association, the Federal Bar for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Broward County Bar Association.
